Dom Bedos uses this name to refer to a Nasard that is made of tapered (conical) pipes. This was a common construction for the Nasard of that period, which also commonly had basses with chimneys (see Nasard en Cheminée. As far as we know, the name Nasard à Fuseau was never actually used on a drawknob. Bedos gives both wide and narrow scales for this stop.
